Seamless Microcement Flooring for Contemporary Hospitality Interiors

Located in London’s vibrant Soho district, this Dean Street restaurant combines expressive interior styling with durable seamless flooring to create a lively and memorable hospitality environment. Installed by The Micro Cement Company, the scheme uses Ideal Work Microtopping® in Smoke with a bespoke stencil design, transforming the floor into an integral visual feature within the space.

Set against richly coloured seating, warm timber finishes and industrial-inspired detailing, the seamless microcement surface introduces balance and cohesion throughout the restaurant interior. The soft tonal movement of the floor provides a refined backdrop while the oversized typographic stencil graphics inject personality, humour and visual identity into the customer experience.

Applied continuously across the main dining areas, the Microtopping® finish delivers the practical advantages required for busy hospitality settings, including durability, ease of maintenance and a seamless appearance without grout lines or interruptions. The decorative stencil work adds an additional layer of creativity, reinforcing the playful and social atmosphere of the venue while guiding movement through the space.

By combining decorative concrete flooring with bold graphic interventions, the project demonstrates how seamless microcement can move beyond purely functional surfaces to become part of the wider interior storytelling and branding experience.
